more lame thoughts by jim jim

"There is no right, there is no wrong, in why we live there is only wrong."

Love the song, but one of the worst xiu lyrics.

it is of course you divine right to please please please dislike anything that is a xiu xiu lyric. please please do it.
about a year and a half ago i wrote a blog saying that a writer for time out new york railed against some xiu xiu lyrics that were actually quotes from a medieval persian poem.
the above lyrics are quotes from v.s. naipaul.
i don't know if that makes them better or worse then?
does context shift opinion? of course sometimes it does. does it today?
does it just mean that i have apparently rotten taste in literature that the two times (although i know there are 1000s more i have been able to avoid) that i have read about specific lyrics being spat upon they weren't lines i actually wrote?
am i right am i wrong?
and you may tell yourself
my God what have i done
